The Challenge

Our research reveals that Taronga Zoo struggles with inefficiency and low visit engagement due to a lack of planning, long walking distance, and inadequate up-to-date information.

The Solution

To tackle these challenges, this proposed ZooRide platform would offer key features such as route planning, cart booking, and accessible information during the visit.
